Job Responsibilities
- Seeking a general or neuro focused Physician to join our large clinical and academic team.
- Primarily focused on inpatient care with some outpatient clinic work.
- Build beyond current patient volumes with dedicated support.
- Develop your own niche areas of interest (i.e., EMG or Neuromuscular)
Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certification required.
- Passion for providing excellent patient care with teaching and research opportunities.
Working Hours
- Work Schedule: 5 days/week, with 2 half days of outpatient clinic.
- Call Schedule: Very light -4-5 weekends per year, shared among a large team, with resident coverage 24/7.
- Academic protected time
Skills
- Clinical expertise in PM&R with a focus on neurological conditions.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong communication.
- Diagnostic proficiency as it relates to EMG, nerve conduction, etc.
- Brain injury specialist would be highly desired, with a focus on building a strong TBI program.
