Overview
We are searching for an Attending Physiatrist to work at a hospital ranked in the Top 10% Nationally in outcomes consistently. It is a great place to work and live! The area is flush with culture, fine dining, and beautiful weather for the outdoorsy type.
This is a very well established and successful rehab hospital – and a long-time client of mine – and they’re looking for an Attending Physiatrist to work into a leadership role, while adding any specialized care that you provide to the hospital and community they serve. The mid-sized facility has been busy consistently and well served by it’s medical leader, but the Director is slowing down and will transition out as this new PM&R doctor grows into the role. You’ll have experienced mentors, if needed, to smooth your start!
This is an Independent Contractor role, with an existing patient pop for you to jump right in and have your own practice! You’ll have the support of a dynamic Medical Director and Assoc Director, both are well connected in the medical community, and can help introduce you to other readily available post acute providers should you wish to increase and diversify your practice. The opportunity is as big as you want it to be, and there is no limit to the number of additional patients you can see.
We offer an excellent choice for someone who values outdoor living, affordability, and a close-knit community while still having access to career opportunities in a growing healthcare market.
