Relief for Haiti There is currently a HUGE need for PM&R and PT/OT services in Haiti. With this in mind, I'd like to take a moment to introduce you to Dr. Kenneth Adams. The COO of Skilled Rehab Specialists, Ken is a great friend of mine and he has dedicated siginificant time recently to helping victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Approximately three quarters of the patients Ken has been seeing are burns, multi-ortho traumas, and amputations. This will be a long process and there are several NGO's looking at the long term plans for prosthetics and orthotics. If you are interested in volunteering for a week or two (or even more), please contact Ken.
